Significant Digits Rounding

This script shows you a method to find significant digits for any given number. It accounts for scientific notation and returns a numeric string.

Reformat numbers as significant digits in MS Excel. Select a block of cells to change and specify how many digits to retain. Excel 2000 or higher required.
