Need For Speed Carbon effect with the help of smoke and moving lines. Lines are moving random and they have reflection that can be controlled with the help of some predefined variables (speed, x, y, color ...) explained in the HELP file. Background is resizable loading an external image and uses AttachBitmap method to keep quality even if resized.
