If you are not able to open Unicode PST into Outlook 2002 and ANSI is not poses 20 GB sized limit. If you want to open Unicode PST into Outlook 97 to 2002 and extend PST size limit from 2GB to 20GB then use PST Upgrade tool and upgrade and downgrade Outlook PST.
