Vlc

PuPLiSt (acronym for 'publish a personal live stream') is a plugin for vlc media player which implements live streaming with push-based peer-to-peer technology.

Written as a shell app, you can check the Now Playing List, download, decode (with tivodecode) and stream to VLC!
