Talking Computer Control Center is a speaking interface for web browsers, file downloads, and speech synthesis.

The script will retain an element in the center(horizontal) and/or middle(vertical) of the window while constrained within its parent element.

The code has been tested successfully on a number of images. The algorithm is based on paper tiled "Accurate eye center location using isophote curature" presented by Roberto valenti and Theo Gevers at CVPR 2008 in ALASKA.
