PadPlus is a Text editor, HTML editor and Programmers editor, a good replacement for Notepad as well. Here, we just want to emphasize one point: In fact, except binary files and some special files with postfix such as .doc, .xls, .pdf, ... most of files with or without postfix belong to TEXT file...
