No New Window forces Firefox to never open links in a new window automatically. If you want to open a link in a new window, you can still do that via the context menu, but if a website author specifies that a link should open in a new window, that is ignored. Please note that this extension is not needed anymore (and does, indeed, not install) in Firefox 1.5, as that version offers the desired behaviour as a configuration option..
