CeGCC is a project that offers cross-development tools for Windows CE (PocketPC). CeGCC is a bundle of other free software projects, specifically combined and configured for this goal. You can create applications for PocketPC from your Linux or Cygwin PC using these tools. Were aiming at providing a consistent and working set of development tools that generate code for Windows CE devices such as PDAs and smart phones. Our intended development platforms are the cygwin environment and GNU/Linux systems. Whats New in This Release: - First stable release of the CeGCC tool family : - arm-wince-mingw32ce-* tools (recommended) - arm-wince-cegcc-* tools (includes unix-like layer) Note that all the RPM files are created on a Mandriva Linux system. They probably work on other distributions, this note is for informational purposes (and because the new release script apparently failed to name the files properly)..
