Addin XeMailing merges PDF form fields with content from a database. This way you can create personalized PDF documents and send them by e-mail or save them on disk.
Addin XeMailing creates personalized documents in PDF format through inserting variable data (names, addresses, logos, etc) from a database into template form fields. Starting from a PDF template with form fields for variable data and a connection with a database ODBC, XeMailing creates new documents merging the form fields with the variable content from the database. Additionally XeMailing allows you to add graphic elements. As a final option you can choose between saving PDF documents on disk or sending them by e-mail, with the day and time programmed. This Acrobat plug-in is for example useful for personalizing PDF invoices, newsletters or magazines. But it is also possible to just send PDF documents without modifications. The demo only generates one e-mail or one file.
