Remote Tea project delivers a fully fledged implementation of the ONC/RPC protocol for the Java 2/1.1 platforms. Complete client and server functionality is available, as is client access to the portmapper. The package contains an rpcgen-like precompiler for converting .x files into Java classes. Also included is a Java-based portmapper. No native (binary) libraries are required, since Remote Tea is made of 100% Java..
