Password Safe SWT is Java-based Password Safe version. Password Safe is a password database utility. Users can keep their passwords securely encrypted on their computers. A single Safe Combination unlocks them all. Originally created by Bruce Schneiers Counterpane Labs, Password Safe has opened its source. Currently, the PasswordSafe Open Source project is being administered by Rony Shapiro (GPG key FA175557 fingerprint FF77 379D D46D DAA6 6182  B452 1D79 5A91 FA17 5557). The first maintainer of the Open Source versions of PasswordSafe was Jim Russell. Whats New in This Release: - This release adds v3.0 file format support, Mac Universal binary support, and much broader support for various Linux display managers.. Password Safe allows you to safely and easily create a secured and encrypted user name/password list. With Password Safe all you have to do is create and remember a single Master Password of your choice in order to unlock and access your entire user name/password list.
