libbtctl library is intended to provide convenient GObject-style access to common platform bluetooth functions. The idea of this library is to stand alone and not to require GNOME. If you have Mono and GTK# installed it will build Mono .NET bindings. If you have Python and pygtk installed it will build Python bindings..
