pLauncher project is an emulator front-end for multiple emulators. pLauncher allows you to centralize all of your emulator/ROM launching needs. It is open ended enough to allow the launching of any emulator (xmame, snes9x, xmess, vgb, dgen, WINE, etc.) and its ROMS/binaries..
