wmapcmon is a dockapp to display the status of an APC backup UPS. Requires apcaccess program from the apcupsd package. To build the dockapp, just type make from the toplevel directory. It will produce a binary named wmapcmon in the toplevel directory. Note - you will have to build and install the apcaccess program from the apcupsd package separately! This dockapp doesnt do anything without apcaccess! Configuration info is stored in the ~/.wmapcmon file. You can copy the sample file wmapcmon.sample from the ./src directory. In the simplest configuration, just specify the location of the apcaccess binary (defaults to /usr/local/bin/apcaccess) and the fields you want to display in the dockapp window (up to 7). See the sample configuration file for syntax and a complete list of fields. This is my first dockapp, with code lifed from the monto dockapp. I basically took theirs and ripped out all of the components to produce a "shell" dockapp and built it up from there..
