ComediClientServer is a system to control and test COMEDI devices remotely (or locally). The system consists of two programs, a multiplatform client (written using Qt 3.x) and a Linux server. The server is for Linux only. It is intended to run as a daemon process, and it exports an interface to control AI, AO, DI, DO and AIO channels remotely via the network. The client is intended to run as GUI app on either Max OSX, Windows, or Linux. The motivation for this program was that I wanted a quick oscilloscope-like program for controlling COMEDI devices, and I wanted to be able to do it over the network and/or from even a Windows workstation..
