AnswerWIN is a Software Tool for Planning and Optimization of Call Center staffing requirements. You can use AnswerWIN to forecast service sevel, lost calls, average spped of answer, agent occupation, and to determine an optimal number of agents by finding the optimal balance between lost calls and agent costs.

In addition to AnswerWIN with graphical user interface, there is another product AnswerXLS which provides the complete function set as Excel addins.

The core of these products is a new forecasting methodology on caller behavior. It integrates advantages of latest scientific findings with traditional proven formulas like Erlang-C and Erlang-B.
