Timer Clock 3.1

Often people who work at computers have no rest-time and have not enough eye care. It's easy to forget about rest-time during work. Timer Clock reminds you about rest-time and save your eyesight. Actions for the notification:
- Sound notification (User can choose the media file from local disk).
- Text message (Compose the text message).
- Signal and Text (Joins previous two options).
- Run the program (Launch a program after finish of the timer).
- Leds notification (Funny blink of keyboard leds: Nums, Caps, ScrollLk).
- Shut Down (Shut down the computer after finish of the timer. User can cancel during the setting "waiting" time).
- Reset (Reset the computer after finish of the timer. User can cancel during the setting "waiting" time).
