Dokmee is the ideal document management solution for centralizing files in an electronically accessible environment for multiple users to access. It is becoming more demanding on businesses to go paperless due to compliance, risk reduction, and to improve efficiencies. It is the goal and drive of Office Gemini to provide end users with the ease, convenience, and security of accessing documents and files without having to sort through a mess of file cabinets in the paper world. Dokmee provides organizations with the ability to manage their business more effectively with a strong document management solution. For groups of people from 1 and up to 5000 concurrent users who need to access the same file cabinets. Great for Departments, small & medium size companies.

Features:
Automatic OCR (distributed service): Users are able to automatically OCR supported file types upon import by way of an OCR Queue and take advantage of multiple OCR services running on different PCs connected to the same database. Runs as a Windows service outside of Dokmee. Can be run on multiple machines at the same time for faster processing.

Flat File Templates: Users are able to save a template that remembers mapped index fields in the Flat File Import module and the Active Import module.

Email Specific Pages From a File: While viewing a multipage PDF or TIFF file, select a single page or multiple pages and email them from Dokmee as individual pages or as one document. Accessed through a new context menu in the thumbnail viewer.

Print Specific Pages From a File: While viewing a multipage PDF or TIFF file, select a single page or multiple pages and print just the selected pages. Accessed through a new context menu in the thumbnail viewer.

Extract Specific Pages From a File: While viewing a multipage PDF or TIFF file, select a single page or multiple pages.
