OroTimesheet allows you to keep track of the time spent on each project by your employees in your organization. Very flexible, OroTimesheet adapts to your needs whether you work for a big organization or are a self-employed worker.

The new version 4 of OroTimesheet includes the following main modules : Employees, groups, projects, activities, customers, timesheets, expenses and periods. Most of the modules includes additional user defined fields and also some of these modules can be used only if you need them.

OroTimesheet 4 manages worked hours, budgets, costs, billing and expenses. Your own costs and billing rules are definable and an automatism module is also available to allow you to take action on a field when another is updated.

A powerful reports generator is also integrated into OroTimesheet 4, which enables you to create your own reports or to modify the existing ones in a few mouse clicks. Moreover, the reports generator includes a programming language called "RAP" (Report Application Pascal) which will allow to more experimented users to create dynamics and more complexes reports.

Finally, a complete security by user including supervision rights over timesheets and projects, by group or by employee is actionable according to your needs.
