Then you are welcome, because Pixelformer is an advanced graphic editor of icons, that gives you absolute control over each pixel of an image. With its predictability and precision you can create professional quality icons in BMP format.The main features of Pixelformer are: no limits to the image dimensions, support for colour depth superior to 32lbit RGB with alpha channel, it allows you to create semi-transparent colours, it has diverse layers, dynamic palettes, etc.Pixelformer also comes equipped with its own icon ripper (from libraries or DLLs) and an optimizer so that the icons can be viewed with higher resolution in Windows Vista.
