Contacts 2 Distribute is a totally free tool that saves you a lot of time when organizing your Microsoft Outlook contacts into distribution lists and categories selected by the user. You can create a distribution list from one or various contacts folders, using a simple to understand step by step assistant. You can do it all with just a few mouse clicks.For example, thanks to Contacts 2 Distribute you can join contacts into the same category to send messages to various users at the same time (clients, friends, workmates, etc). If you have to send many emails all at once, save time and make sure you don+t forget anyone.
