This is the only program the is known to eliminate the caching system under Interent Explorer. It does this by perfoming yet another amazing feat: it stops Windows from recreating the index.dat cache files. You will no longer have Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, History, and all other caching eliments.

For those paranoid users who are really concerned about thier privacy.
