HexaHPot is a simple "honeypot" application for Microsoft Windows. It listens on a TCP port address and upon connection it answers queries by pre-configurable responses. This can make it more difficult for potential attackers to identify the software versions on your computer. Please be aware that this utility is not a firewall and it won't protect your computer in case of an attack, it can only confuse the attacker.
