ScreenRifle is a simple, free program for taking full-screen or partial screenshots. Simply press the "Shoot fullscreen" or "Shoot region" button to take a screenshot, the program will then save a JPEG image containing the screenshot. Everything is done automatically, so you don't need any knowledge of image editors, print screen buttons etc. One of the major annoyances of customer support is communication. Clients may have a hard time explaining error messages or other computer-related problems. ScreenRifle was designed with this in mind, the client can simply attach the screenshot to an email (or simply use an instant messenger) and send it to you.
