Documentor, a multi-user, paperless office program, is ideal for a small business. It mimics a file cabinet, with sectioned file folders. In an Access database and Windows subdirectory, it organizes image files from a scanner, camera, or fax, it organizes specialized files created with programs like Word or Excel, and it effortlessly and automatically organizes files from Records, an integrated report writer. Scheduler, a multi-user, multi-provider, appointment scheduling program, integrates with the Records program demographics. These 3 programs can be used with any accounting system to create a completely paperless office. The system can be employed with the proper safeguards to prevent document tampering, and maintain security and privacy. Recommended for experienced users only.
