Softdiv Talking Notepad can speak any text to you on your computer for you. It can speak either in English or Japanese and support as mush as 9 different voices to choose from. This program allows you to create any type of files, edit files and open from a saved file to be read in speech. You can also set this talking notepad to talk by its own anytime you want and simply can work as reminder.
