Wizzard Software’s ActiveX Voice Tools 7.0 is a speech development toolset that can be applied to new or existing applications. It was designed to give you the ability to add speech recognition and text-to-speech capabilities, using the Speech API standard for Windows® (SAPI 5.x), to most software and web applications - in just a few hours!
