Windows Mail Restore Tool (WM Restore Tool) enables to use classic Windows Mail (formerly Outlook Express) software on your Windows 10, Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 computer. Windows Mail (formerly Outlook Express), one of most used e-mail client worldwide, discontinued after Windows Vista, now available again for all newer versions of Windows.
Windows Mail has all the tools you need to exchange e-mail with colleagues and friends, or join newsgroups to trade ideas and information. Available Windows Mail interface languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Arabic, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian.
Windows Mail supports the following mail and news protocols: POP3 (Post Office Protocol 3), SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol), NNTP (Network News Transfer Protocol). Because SSL is supported, you can easily configure Windows Mail to be used with Gmail, Hotmail (Live, Outlook.com) and many other e-mail services. Windows Mail is fully compatible with Simple MAPI messaging functionality. Also, Windows Mail has a documented application programming interface (API) based on Component Object Model (COM).
WM Restore Tool provides you with an additional set of useful tools when working with Windows Mail application. You can easily create a backup, restore or move to other computer your settings and Windows Mail message store.
