digipaper helps organize paper and electronic documents into secure archives for quick and easy retrieval.
Scan papers into digital format and/or collect electronic documents. Tag and store in protected hierarchical archives. Built-in search for fast retrieval.

Hierarchical Organization of Documents
Define document (scanned digital copy or electronic) archives as hierarchy of (sub-)sections to organize the documents as you need.

Scan and Store Paper Documents
Store scanned copies of paper documents and already-scanned documents. Scan documents one-at-a-time or in batches. Store in appropriate sections of the archives.

OCR Scanned Documents
Use OCR to retrieve textual content from the scanned documents and save as its descriptive tag.

Store Electronic Documents
Store electronic documents (soft copy / files), such as Word document, Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint presentation, PDFs, or any file, in the archive.

Associate Custom Tags with Document
Tag documents with specific information for later identification. Tag can be text, number, date, time, or custom data describing various attributes (metadata) of a document, e.g., name, department, organization, purpose, date / month / year etc.

Search Efficiently
Build custom search criteria to efficiently and precisely identify documents by tag (metadata), content, and/or other properties.

View Document
View (including zoom / pan) and print (if needed) documents found via search or browsing.

Maintain Versions
Maintain multiple versions of each document as it changes / evolves over time.

Document Security
Once stored in the archive, a document cannot be accessed without logging into digipaper with the required user credentials.
Documents can be stored in encrypted form as per user's choice.

Access Control
Authentication mechanism via login into digipaper prevents unwanted / unauthorized access.

User Privilege
Each user has specific access level for an archive.
