Cyclope is an advanced computers surveillance software solution which provides you valuable information regarding your IT infrastructure usage and your employeesâ€™ computer activity by allowing you to monitor any targeted machine in your network. Designed for the business environment, Cyclope provides to the managers the perfect surveillance software to monitor their computer network and increase efficiency while also respecting the employeesâ€™ privacy. Information is provided through detailed statistics and customized reports based on all computer activities such as Internet activity, application usage, office attendance, documents and prints, active/idle time. The solution implements the client-server architecture. The client (or the agent) is a thin-client and it is necessary to run on each machine that needs to be monitored. The server (network based or cloud based) collects and processes the data received from the clients and shows statistics with the aid of a web interface. Cyclope totally respects the employeesâ€™ privacy as it only records the titles of the used windows and none of the typed content, nor screen captures. Although it offers a rich experience regarding its functionality, the Cyclope application is straight forward, easy to be managed by any of the designed administrators. Another important advantage that Cyclope provides is the capability to export any report in the most frequently used formats (pdf, xls) and also email the desired reports to several defined email addresses
