Fully operational evaluation version of COMPTABILITE MILEC a french accountancy software for Windows. Professional use for any number and type of company. 32 years of existence. Very simple and reliable. No graphic ornament. 670 KO only ! Can be completed by EDICALC (report generator). Limitations: 80 accounts and max. 640 transactions per fiscal year.

Despite theses limits, can be used for small joint ownership or for self-Learning with accountancy. All traditional functions available. Chart of accounts (Account # on 8 digits) and Newspapers (code 01 to 32) free. Management of the writings per consecutive periods corresponding to a Fiscal year of unspecified duration (24 months maximum) comprising up to 65535 writings. Simultaneous work on two exercises in only one file. Fast and simple procedure of recording of the accounting records (200 writings maximum per part) authorizing selection of the accounts according to their n# or their heading and creation of the missing accounts. Rigorously numbered writings (from 00001 to 65535) progressively with the recording from where absolute safety of the integrity of the file. Automatic function of balancing of the part. Integrated computer. Editions of â€œâ€ (with possibility of mixing of several accounts, treated like only one) between two dates, list of account of writings selected according to various criteria: by number, between two dates, for a group of accounts and/or a given newspaper. All these editions can be carried out between a date belonging to the exercise 'in progress' and a date located in the 'following' period. General/Auxiliary balance and skeletal Ledger. All displayable editions printer with the screen. Function Revision, Lettering, Banking Bringing together. Chart of accounts import/export, balances, writings (centralized or not).
