Internet Email Grabber is a remarkable email extractor software tool developed to help extract email addresses from internet through search engines or from list of website urls. The tool can extract email addresses from different search engines like google, yahoo, askcom, bing, altavista etc. Tool also allows the user to add list of website urls to extract email IDs in bulk. To extract email IDs through search engines user has to first select search engine, then add keywords and lastly click on Ã¢â‚¬ËœStart SearchÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ button. To extract email IDs from list of website urls user needs to add urls in specified textbox or import URLs from excel sheet and click on Ã¢â‚¬ËœStart SearchÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ button. After list of Email IDs is generated user can use filter options to set criteria for extraction and extract IDs relevant to the criteria. This is an advanced feature that facilitates extraction of relevant email IDs excluding irrelevant ones. The tool also provides the option to remove duplicate email addresses automatically. Last step is to save IDs. Users can save email IDs in .CSV format opening in excel or .TXT format opening in notepad.
Soon after commercialization of internet in 1995, emails took centre stage in business communication process. In due course of time online marketing got acceptance as a potent marketing tool. This gave rise to the need for email extractor tools as online marketing campaigns need large number of IDs to maximize reach and it is very difficult to extract email IDs manually in bulk. Recognising the need for online email extractor tools, we have come up with this useful tool. The tool is very adept at email address search and can find email addresses even in inner pages of the websites.
