MyTrainer was designed to aid the every day life of a personal trainer. After registering with a unique username and password, users have the ability to add clients to their profile and organise their schedule by adding appointments.

Organise clients by editing their personal details, workouts and diets. The workout and diet generation facility enables users to easily manage their clients. Workouts and diets are generated based on the client's training goal - to get fit, lose weight or gain strength. You may edit generated workouts and diets if you so wish, if the generated items don't suit your plans for the client.

Diets and workouts are generated from a database based on meals and exercises added by personal trainers using the system, including you! Use the add to database facility to share meals and increase the variety of workouts and diets.

Suggestions for the application are welcomed. Created for my final year project. Wish me luck!
