Outlook-Central is a data collaboration tool that enables you to share multiple calendars, contacts, tasks, emails and journals with others on your network in "real-time". Outlook-Central provides the ability to create a Master Contact list, enabling all contact information to be maintained in one location and easily synchronized with others, so everyone has current information. The built-in search capability allows the user to query the database for any activity or contact that has been shared. Outlook-Central's Document Storage Module permits any given email folder to act as a collection bin so others can view the email with any associated attachments. Various document types can be stored within OLC Document Storage, thus keeping pertinent documents in a central location and basis revision control. All this without the need for Exchange Server.
