Create PDF documents in MS Office!
Office to PDF - a special tool to convert MS Office documents (.doc, .xls, .ppt) into PDF.

Office to PDF allows to convert the essential attributes of MS Office files (e.g. document information, links, table of contents etc.) into the corresponding properties of a pdf document.

A program wizard assists you to make your conversion in just a few clicks. You can also create your own profiles or modify the provided ones to make your work even more comfortable.

Office to PDF can be started directly from the MS Office application. An additional toolbar will be added to Word, Excel and PowerPoint during the installation.

Office to PDF is useful for private as well as business users of MS Office who need to save their documents in PDF format too. Only basic PC and MS Office experience will be needed to use Office to PDF.

Functionality:
For the following document types of Microsoft Office:
- DOC (MS Word)
- XLS (MS Excel)
- PPT (MS Power Point)
Embedding of attributes of MS Office documents, e.g.:
- important document information (title, author etc.)
- table of contents
- internal and external links
- comments
- header and footer
Determining of common settings for pdf files:
- document information (title, author etc.)
- document security (password, encryptiion 40/128 bit, rights)
- watermarks
- image management (format, size, resolution)
- font management (embedding)
- thumbnails
Determining of page range for conversion
Profile management (predefined and user-defined profiles)
Support for linearized (web-optimized) pdf documents
Service functions:
- Assistant
- Program settings
