oyProjectManager is a simple asset management system written in Python which tracks files and file versions, file references (for maya only) in a very simple way by using the file names to parse necessary data. It has built in PyQt interfaces to allow artist to create new versions for their assets and retrieve back their files. It also manages project folder structures. For more detail see the documentation in the source folders.
