Live! Server! is a minimalist Debian-based LiveCD which provides an easy way to share the content of USB devices: if you insert an USB flash drive or USB hard drive into your PC while Live! Server! is running, USB media content will be automatically shared with browsers, FTP clients, Windows shares and UPnP players (UPnP sharing requires a restart). In short, Live! Server! is a zero-install solution which completely eliminates the need to install and configure server programs on your host (sometimes really tricky for non experienced users) and to copy files onto your PC. From version 2.0, Live! Server! provides a web interface for Transmission (torrent client), from which you can donwload files directly to your USB device (Transmission daemon runs on the LiveCD). It???*a*?s a handy way to transform your PC into a "p2p station" without installations. It requires Ethernet connection and DHCP to be available in order to allow everyone to use it. IP address will be displayed after the boot: just connect to it.
