Send without save for Thunderbird 1.4.3

Send without save adds a button in the message compose window to Send message without saving a copy.<br /><br />Additional features:<br /><br /> . The "Button label" and the "Button tooltip" can be freely changed in the options.<br /> . The "Button label" and the "Button tooltip" can be switched in the options between the default translation and your own translation.<br /> . The button will be disabled in the "Offline mode", because a copy is always saved if the message is sent later.<br /> . The button uses the send image from the current theme. Works with the default themes, but unfortunately it does not work with all non-default themes.
