A really fast asynchronous socket server library using pyev that works with python 3.x and 2.x. Whizzer follows many of the abstractions and ideas from Twisted. Installing is easy with pip (or easy_install) pip install whizzer #md5=6fb58cf126ad6b0c59ec47b84485bb4f
