PlayShell is a bash-based application that handles media players and manages playlist with a simple interface to users. It can run in Linux systems that has bash versions 3.0 or higher.<br /><br />Basic Features<br /><br /> * Basic media playing functions including Play, Stop, and Pause<br /> * Allows playlist managing through favorite editors<br /> * Forwarding and Rewinding when supported by player<br /> * Repeating and Looping<br /> * Shuffling<br /> * Manual mode<br /> * Queuing<br /> * History based repeating of previous track<br /> * Configurable fixed and random intervals between plays<br /> * Disabling and enabling of playlist entries<br /> * Video output can be excluded if supported by player<br /> * Automatic stop, quit, or shutdown after play<br />
