RapidAlbum is a RapidWeaver plugin for people who want more flexibility than the built-in Photo page.<br /><br />It offers a variety of tools for creating photo galleries that look exactly as you want them too.<br /><br />Want a non-Flash sideshow that'll work on iOS? Maybe you'd like to have more detailed image captions? All of this is possible with RapidAlbum. <br /><br />Image Metadata<br />When you add images to RapidAlbum, it reads the standard embedded IPTC and EXIF metadata (such as captions, location information, etc).<br /><br />You can then use this information to build automatically generated captions for the image galleries you create.<br /><br />You can also edit the metadata extracted from images so that you can tweak things for consistency.<br /><br />Preset Templates<br />One of the simplest ways to generate a new photo album is to use one of the templates supplied with RapidAlbum.<br /><br />There are templates for Slimbox, Greybox, Smooth Gallery and a variety of other popular image gallery tools.<br /><br />And if you're comfortable with HTML and CSS, RapidAlbum offers almost unlimited editing possibilities for creating unique album pages.
