4or6 is a Firefox/SeaMonkey extension that shows if the browser has loaded a page using the legacy Internet Protocol (IPv4) or using the next generation Internet Protocol (IPv6). Key features are:<br /><br /> Show IPv4/IPv6 protocol status as an icon (address bar, toolbar button or both)<br /> Show IP addresses in tooltip (underline IP addresses used to load the page)<br /> Copy local/remote system information to the clipboard<br /> Manage IPv6 related browser settings (network.dns.disableIPv6, network.dns.ipv4OnlyDomains, network.http.fast-fallback-to-IPv4)<br /><br />In most cases 4or6 will be able to accurately report if Firefox has used IPv4 or IPv6 to load a page. In some cases this is not possible though.
