This extension provides a button for the mail toolbar to get mails for all accounts. After installation, right-click in the mail toolbar and choose "customize". You will now be able to drag the "Get all mails" button to the toolbar. You will find the most recent version here: http://www.moviecorner.de/?p=getallmails There also is another add-on with extended functionality by another developer: https://addons.mozilla.org/thunderbird/addon/get-selected-mails/
