Transmission is an amazing software, however it lacks the ability to expand compressed archives and to download torrents from an RSS feed. Flexget is a highly configurable tool that can enhance Transmission in terms of RSS handling and much more. I felt that there was still a void that needed to be filled with a tool that can be fed with folders containing multi part rar archive, zip archive and any kind of audio and video files and that can manage them the best way possible. Once the unrar or unzip process is done, filenames will be cleaned up and a bunch of other optional actions can be performed. This script is designed to be launched by Transmission or Flexget. But it also can be launched manually and offers a basic GUI for managing your torrents the way you like. Keep in mind that torrentexpander has many tricks up its sleeve. Don't hesitate to tinker with all the available options.
