Cognition is an Application Framework based on Python which is used to create local/network hosted web applications. It is built to be portable, and uses standard python libraries so that its platform independent as well (or at least aims to be). The idea is to centralize elements of the framework to provide ease of use with a robust set of tools.<br /><br />Cognition is also intended to work with Google Chrome and in the future Google ChromeOS as a means to create Applications that bridge the gap between the local machine and the cloud. Cognition is also capable of being stored and shared through Cloud Services like Ubuntu One and DropBox.
