Page Commands 0.2.3

The commands in this extension are intended to perform some common tasks when working with pages in Fireworks CS4. Some of the commands, like Delete and Rename, replicate existing functionality but are useful if you want to assign a keyboard shortcut to that feature. Like the existing menu item, the Duplicate command duplicates the current page, but inserts it after the current page, names it the same as the current page, and then navigates to it.
