This is currently in *alpha* development. You'll need one of these metabolism reaction files as input to the program: * Red Blood Cell * Peroxisome * Red Blood cell with vmax data * Perox test (Internal Only) CHECK THAT THE BUILD NUMBER (top right corner) IS 0.8.16 I have created a Mac version Mac Logo And a Windows installer Windows Logo A plugin (expa-plugin.jar) for reading .expa files into cytoscape can be found here. Download and save this jar file into your cytoscape's plugin directory (the directory is called plugins) -- and restart cytoscape. It is compiled against version 2.5 of cytoscape.
