DeltaPy is a collection of open source requirements for implementing and developing enterprise applications. This software is written in C and Python and includes some key features which are pointed abstractly below:<br /><br /> ???*Nz DeltaPy is extremely light and small, with approximately less than one mega byte and also its installation is very easy and your application will be ready to work in a short time.<br /><br /> ???*Nz Running several instances of an application with one hierarchical inherited configuration for each instance.<br /><br /> ???*Nz DeltaPy is able to run on any operating system which supports Python, like all versions of Microsoft windows, Linux and BSD family of operating systems.<br /><br /> ???*Nz DeltaPy is widely extensible because of its special architecture. Each part of DeltaPy is a package and you can add your new packages and change or remove an existing package easily with minimum change. <br /><br />DeltaPy Main Features:<br /><br /> * Extremely light and small, the latest package is only 246KB in size.<br /> * Run several instances of a single application.<br /> * Hierarchical configuration support for application instances.<br /> * OS independent, totally written in python.<br /> * Minimum dependencies, only Python >= 2.6 and Storm module.<br /> * Easily extensible using DeltaPy packaging architecture.<br /> * Extensible communication engines methods, currenly supports XMLRPC, PYRO, ICE and RFOO.<br /> * Minimum configuration for new appliction instances, thanks to hierarchical configuration.<br /> * Transparent transaction management.<br /> * Flexible security engine<br /><br /> * Define any number of roles, permissions and users and assign roles to users.<br /> * Any application can define(override) it's own engine or use the DeltaPy powerful security engine to add it's own security checkings.<br /><br /> * Large scale management tools like:<br /><br /> * batch processing, along with full control, monitoring and logging.<br /> * Supports multithread, multiprocess or mixed request processing.<br /> * Supports shared area or distributed cache in distributed applications<br /> * Supports application clustering.<br /> * Supports routing, you can define routes to route any number of commands to any number of deltapy servers.<br /> * Control, trace and mange sessions via Deltapy session management, for administration.<br /> * Has it's own events package for managing events and AOP.
