WCluster is a java program designed to perform hierarchical clustering. Whereas most hierarchical clustering software only allows users to assign weights to either rows or columns, WCluster lets you assign weights to individual data points. For example, this can be very useful if a particular row should be down-weighted under only a subset of the columns.<br /><br /> WCluster output is formatted for use with JavaTreeView. The input file format expected is the "pcl" format specified here. The program outputs "cdt," "atr," and "gtr" files that are compatible with JTV.<br /><br /> WCluster is a work in progress, and as such the results should be sanity checked to make sure something hasn't gone wrong.
