Here's how the app works in a nutshell:<br /><br />???*Nz Drop your JPEGs over the drop target in the app window<br />???*Nz Select the required output size and specify JPEG quality and sharpening amount<br />???*Nz Select the output folder and file name properties<br />???*Nz Press "Start" and let Thumbs Express do it's thing<br /><br />Thumbs Express will distribute the JPEGs over the available CPU cores, one image per core. As soon as a core is finished with its job, a new image will be assigned to it until all files are processed. This guarantees optimal use of all cores and shortest possible processing time.<br /><br />On top of that Thumbs Express is completely multi-threaded and stays usable and responsive, even with a full workload. You can anytime stop the thumbnail generation process.
